Already signed up for eRates?
Your Tip / Waste Vouchers
Your (tip) waste vouchers are on your Annual Rates & Valuation Notice, please print off your annual notice (vouchers found just above the payment section) and present them at the Waste Depot for scanning, or alternatively, bring up your eRates notice on your smart phone for scanning.
Register for eRates:
Please note: you can only sign-up to receive your rates notice electronically, if you have a rates notice in your name. If you are a new property owner to the Peninsula, your rates notice will be sent out next July, well ahead of the first instalment payment date. It will include all the details you will need to sign-up and receive electronic notices.

If you pay by instalments, please check your latest instalment notice for the eNotice reference number and sign-up to receive your notices and waste vouchers electronically here.
Before registering to receive your notices electronically, you will require a rates notice that has your eNotice reference number located at the bottom right of the notice.
Once you register for eRates Notices, you will no longer receive a paper copy

What about my tip vouchers?

Can I pay by instalments or in full using eRates?
Both. If you chose to pay by instalments you will need to pay your first instalment by 1 October 2018. Learn more about rate payments and dates.
When should I expect to receive my instalment notices?
3 weeks before the payment due date.

I can’t find / don’t have an eNotice number
If you don’t have a rates notice with an eNotice reference number (located at the bottom left of your rates notice) or are a new property owner on the Peninsula, you won't be able to sign-up for eRates until you receive your first rates notice.
What is eNotices?
eNotices is the platform we are transitioning to for electronic rates notices during the 2017 / 2018 year. If you are using our existing eRates platform, you will be moved onto the new platform for the 2018/2019 year.
What is Bpay View?
BPAY View lets you receive, store and pay your bills all within your online banking, please refer to your bank or financial institution. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference detailed on the front of your rates notice.

To get started, you will need a previous Rates Notice so that you can enter your name exactly as it appears on the Rate Notice and the Property Number.
Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive a confirmation email.
