Animal owners are encouraged to contact the Community Animal Shelter and Animal Pound via the phone number provided to arrange an appointment prior to visiting. By doing this we can ensure all information has been provided to pet owners regarding registration, fees and any other important information required.

Community Animal Shelter & Animal Pound Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 1:00pm
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Please note that if your pet is impounded on a Sunday or public holiday, you'll be able to collect them the following business day. No additional fees will be charged under these circumstances.
