The Briars
Situated at Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula is a beautiful park known as “The Briars”. Wildlife, walks, picnics, events, a heritage homestead, great food and more can be discovered at the Briars.

Location:
The Briars is at 450 Nepean Highway, Mt Martha (Melways Reference 145 D11). Travel time from Melbourne is approximately one hour. Entry to the park is free of charge. Parking for buses is available.
Opening Times:
The Briars is open every day of the year 9am to 5pm.
The Historic 'Briars' Homestead is currently undergoing maintenance works and is closed. Tours through the farm and formal gardens are available. Please call the Visitor Centre for details.
All facilities are closed Christmas Day and open on Boxing Day.
On days of total fire ban or dangerous weather warnings the Wildlife Sanctuary is closed to all visitors.
