Calling all wannabe Ecologists! After Dark wildlife survey & encounter

roo at night.jpg

Briars Rangers manage the animal population in the Wildlife Sanctuary to ensure the health and happiness of our wildlife.  Join them as they take you through the Wildlife Sanctuary after dark and demonstrate several research techniques that enable them to understand the habits and populations of our resident native animals. Assist in wildlife spotting and just for one night pretend to be an ecologist. In addition, take the opportunity to get up close to our native animals with an animal encounter.

Suitable for all ages. The tracks have a slight incline and are unsealed. Children must bring an adult. If you require assistance or have accessibility questions, please give us a call on 5974 3686.

This walk is best experienced in close-toed shoes or boots. Remember to pack an umbrella and raincoat – just in case. We will still go ahead even if there is rain.
