We provide a range of services designed to support frail, older people and people with a disability and their carers to stay active and independent and living at home.
Peninsula Advisory Committee for Elders (PACE) works with the community and advise Council on how to best meet the current and future needs of elder citizens on the Mornington Peninsula.
