Changes to services provided by our Aged and Disability Team

Aged and Disability Services in-home support has returned to normal service delivery, including:

However, please remember that Australians aged 70 years or older, particularly those with compromised immune systems, remain in the high-risk group and are encouraged to stay at home where possible. Your Community Care Worker will continue to practice universal precautions to ensure you remain safe in your home. Should you feel unwell, particularly with flu like symptoms, please advise the office as soon as possible to ensure we continue to protect everyone at this time.

Regional Assessment Service

  • Phone assessments for standard referrals
  • In-home visits for more complex assessments are on a case-by-case basis with universal precautions being followed
