Bush Dance classes

Bush Dances are a time honoured and unique Australian invention that were popular in the 1970s and 1980s and remain so today. Bush Dancing was initially influenced by the styles and customs of the British but evolved to be a mix of the early colonial style and dances from Europe and America, as miners and immigrants came to Australia. Although popular in both the country and the city, Bush Dancing only got its name during the folk revival in the 1950s.

So, put on your dancing shoes and come join us for four memorable afternoons filled with music and laughter. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with others and experience the joy of Bush Dancing.
