Mount Martha Foreshore Coastal Management Plan
After consultation with the community, Mornington Peninsula Shire has developed a draft Mount Martha Coastal Management Plan to protect and enhance the unique natural and cultural heritage of the Mount Martha foreshore reserve for present and future generations to enjoy.
The Plan will provide direction for the vision and future management of the Mount Martha Foreshore Reserve through strategic planning and development.
The Coastal Management Plan establishes an agreement between the Victorian Government, Mornington Peninsula Shire and the community as to how the foreshore reserve will be managed.
The first round of public community consultation was held from 5 June 2018 to 6 July 2018.
We are currently inviting the community to provide feedback on the draft Plan until Monday 15 April 2019.
