Keep Victoria Beautiful Tidy Towns

Local projects head to Tidy Town finals 

Four projects across the Mornington Peninsula have been announced as finalists in the 2017 Keep Australia Beautiful Victoria Tidy Towns – Sustainable Communities Awards.

The following projects from the Mornington Peninsula are finalists in their categories for 2017:

Active Schools Award - Waterfall Gully Preschool

Community Government Partnerships Award - Mornington Peninsula Shire – Men's Shed and Others

Litter Prevention Award - Share The Word Design Studio

Young Leaders (A group or individual aged 25 years or under) - Mornington Peninsula Shire – Advance Community College

A fifth nominee, Mornington Peninsula Shire – Climate Ready, entered under the category of Community Government Partnerships Award.

Mornington Peninsula Shire congratulates all entrants and finalists for this accomplishment.  

Overall winners will be announced at the awards presentations held in Horsham on 25 November.
