Community Satisfaction Survey

On behalf of Mornington Peninsula Shire, Metropolis Research will be conducting our next quarterly community survey in late January.

If you live in a rural area, you may receive a phone call. If you're in a metropolitan area, one of our friendly team members may visit door-to-door. The survey will include questions about Shire services, helping us understand how we’re doing and where we can improve.

Here’s what to know:

  • The survey will involve 400 interviews with a representative sample of residents.
  • Your privacy is our priority—your details and responses will remain completely confidential.
  • The survey will take around 15 minutes, running from 25 January to 9 February 2025.

We won’t email or text you. We also won’t ask for personal information such as:

  • your name
  • ABN or tax details
  • home address
  • phone number
  • email address
  • credit/debit card or banking details.

Important details about door-knocking:

Metropolis Research team members will be easily recognisable with ID cards and branded shoulder bags. They will never ask to enter your home, use your toilet or request a drink.
