Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Bushlands Management tender is now open.

This is a competitive tender process for the delivery of bushland services, ensuring our residents and visitors enjoy a safe and well-maintained natural Mornington Peninsula environment.

The successful tenderer will deliver bushland biodiversity and bushland fire risk mitigation management together. Previously, these works were delivered as separate scopes of work.

The Bushlands Management tender is the fourth to be released under Council’s newly reshaped maintenance services delivery model, ensuring effective and efficient management of its $2.3 billion worth of community assets.

Buildings and facilities maintenance services are to be delivered through a series of direct service contracts planned for procurement later this year, along with a cleaning services contract. Council’s maintenance services will be further supported by supplier panels.

The Bushlands Management tender is available at tenderlink.com/mornpen, along with all the information needed to make a submission. The tender closes at 2pm, Tuesday 28 March 2023.
