Help us write the next chapter for our library
Published on 18 March 2022
Our libraries are vibrant community hubs that help build engaged, productive and multi-literate communities through all sorts of programs and activities.
Right now, we’re planning our next four years, and we want to hear what you love about our libraries now, and any new ideas for services and activities, how we deliver them and make sure no-one’s left out of the story.
It doesn’t matter your age, interests or language. Whether you’re looking to make jewellery, trace your family heritage, learn a new language, learn to code or start a business. Your local library can make it happen.
Mornington Peninsula Libraries, in partnership with the Victorian Public Libraries and sponsored by the State Library of Victoria, is conducting research on what services you use in the library, how you rate the service and what you would like to see in the future.
Responses will help inform the way we do things at Mornington Peninsula Libraries and shape Our Library plan. They will also be used to help all Victorian library services understand what library users and their community need.
The survey is:
• Completely anonymous - All entries are de-identified
• Online and available 15 March- 4 April 2022
• Can be taken online or call into the library and ask for a hardcopy
• Takes 8-10 minutes to complete.
Visit Ourlibrary.mornpen.vic.gov.au to take the online survey or drop into one of our four libraries to pick up a paper copy. The survey is available until 4 April 2022.
Our 88,000 members know about our offerings like eBooks and eAudiobooks on your phone or device, online tutoring and homework help with Studiosity, and creative Bug providing craft tutorials, just to name a few. All from the comfort of your own home.
There’s more to libraries than books. Help us add to the story. Tell us what you’re loving so far and what should happen next.
