Mornington Peninsula Shire would like to inform residents that for a period of up to six weeks, you may receive a call or email from an independent customer service benchmarking company CSBA, which has been commissioned to conduct a Customer Experience Survey on behalf of Council.
The survey has been designed to help Council better understand, measure and improve the customer experience, while also identifying areas for improvement.
Your customer information will be collected and passed over to CSBA within privacy and confidentiality requirements.
We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.
