Entries are now open for the 2021 Best Bites People’s Choice Awards!

Get involved in the 2021 Best Bites People’s Choice Awards by voting for your favourite Best Bites food business!

To nominate, simply tell us in 50 words or less how your nominated food business delivers Best Bites excellence across either:

·       food safety

·       healthy eating

·       sustainability

·       reduction of tobacco/alcohol

·       access for all

·       or all the above!

Businesses must be featured in the current Best Bites Food Guide to be nominated.

The guide lists local food businesses with a Best Bites certification. These businesses have scored more than 95 per cent in their food safety assessment and are providing excellent allergen management for customers. 

The Best Bites Food Guide is now available for free from Shire customer service centres, local food businesses, visitor information centres, libraries and online at mornpen.vic.gov.au/bestbites

How to nominate

Nominations for the 2020 Best Bites People’s Choice Awards close 10 March 2021.

You can nominate a business by completing the online form at mornpen.vic.gov.au/bestbites.

By nominating your favourite Best Bites food business, you will go into the draw to win a box of fresh, local produce to the value of $100!
