Have you provided your thoughts on Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Parking Precinct Plans for Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud? Don’t miss out! Consultation closes shortly on 20 December 2020.

The Shire has been developing long-term Parking Precinct Plans to improve how car parking works for you in Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud.
 
The Plans have been prepared with input from the local community including residents, businesses and representatives from schools and hospitals.
 
Based on what we learnt, the Shire has come up with a series of recommendations on how to improve parking in the future.
 
We’re now looking for your feedback to make sure we got the Plans right. We want you to tell us whether these are the right recommendations or if there’s anything you’d change.
 
We’re all impacted by the availability and location of parking. The Plans will improve the liveability and connectivity of our three largest townships and provide better access to parking.

We’ve also looked ahead to plan for anticipated changes to the Peninsula, including population growth. The Plans make sure these townships, where the majority of population growth will be focused, will have a great parking system in the decades to come.
