Councillor Kerri McCafferty resignation

Councillor Kerri McCafferty has informed Council that she is stepping down from her role as a Councillor.
 
The Victorian Electoral Commission has been advised the Mornington Peninsula Shire has an extraordinary vacancy and will now arrange a count back to determine Cr McCafferty’s replacement in Seawinds Ward. This is expected to take place by early 2023.
 
In the meantime, Seawinds Ward residents wishing to raise ward-related issues, should contact either:
