Community Satisfaction Survey begins this month

On behalf of Mornington Peninsula Shire, Metropolis Research will conduct our next quarterly community survey from mid to late July.

Mornington Peninsula Shire residents will be contacted by telephone if you live in a rural area, or via door-to-door visits if you live in a metropolitan area. Residents will be asked a series of questions relating to Shire services.
 
The survey has been designed to assess our ongoing performance to identify areas of service improvement.
 
The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted via a representative sample of residents. Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential.
 
We will NOT email or text residents.
 
We will NOT ask for your:

  • Name
  • ABN or tax details
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Credit card or Eftpos card number
  • Banking details.

Additional information about door knocking
Metropolis Research officers will be easily identifiable. They will carry an ID card and Metropolis Research shoulder bag. They will not enter your home, nor will they ask to use your toilet, ask for a drink, etc.

The survey will be conducted between 13 to 28 July 2024. It will take up to 15-minutes to complete and we will use the feedback to assist us in improving our services to the community.
