Become a young leader and have your voice heard!
Published on 04 August 2022
Mornington Peninsula Shire Youth Services is seeking expressions of interest from young people aged 12 to 17 to participate in the 2023 Youth Leadership Program.
The leadership program, which runs an overnight camp, provides an opportunity for young people from across the Peninsula to develop confidence, leadership skills, social awareness and community connections.
Participants will enjoy spending time with like-minded people and together build leadership skills within different contexts to become young leaders within their communities.
After the program, we will celebrate with a recognition event and participants will learn more about other leadership opportunities they can be involved in, including our Youth Advisory Committee and our Freeza committee.
Does this sound like it could be for you, or someone you know?
This opportunity is open to young Peninsula residents aged 12 – 17 years.
Registrations are currently open and close 5 September 2022. Camp dates for 2023 are: 16 and 17 January 2023.

This free leadership program is run by Youth Services and sponsored by Bendigo Bank.
