This Sports Growth Lighting Package will ensure reserves continue to grow as multi-purpose facilities, motivate better participation and upgrade non-compliant sporting infrastructure to Australian Standards.
This project is part of the Shire’s draft Sports Capacity Plan (Volume 1 – Sports Fields) which was prepared to investigate the current and future demand of field-based sports. It also directly links to Council’s Active Sports Strategy which aims to help guide strategic planning for the future provision of sports and sporting infrastructure throughout the Mornington Peninsula.
