Draft The Pillars Mount Martha Long Term Management Plan

You are invited to provide comments on Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Draft The Pillars Mount Martha Long Term Management Plan

The Plan was developed in consultation with DELWP, Parks Victoria, Bunurong Land Council, Victoria Police, VicRoads, Ambulance Victoria, Mt Martha CFA, Mt Martha LSC, Life Saving Victoria and the community.

It focuses on the long-term management of The Pillars and identifies options and actions to manage visitation at the site, and to protect the culture and environmental values.

From feedback the Shire has received to date, measures implemented by Council have reduced the impacts to local residents.

You can now continue to provide feedback on issues associated with usage of the site as well as providing comments on the draft Plan.

Learn more about the Pillars and the Shire's efforts to reduce impacts.

Following the public exhibition period, the feedback provided will be reviewed and where appropriate incorporated in the Plan.

Community consultation opens 1 June 2018 and closes 15 July 2018.
