CN2808 - Minor Civil Works Contractor Panel

The Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking to engage contractors under a panel agreement for the delivery of minor civil works projects, inclusive of the following types of projects:

  • Signage works
  • Concreting works
  • Landscaping works
  • Traffic management
  • Minor roadworks
  • Line marking
  • Drainage works
  • Miscellaneous Infrastructure Works - (retaining walls, erosion mitigation, fencing, minor earthworks, debris clean up, beach access works, boardwalks, marine structure repairs)

Individual projects eligible to be delivered under the panel will be minor in nature, typically less than $20,000 per project. The panel agreements will be for an initial four (4) year term with provision for two x two-year extension options (2 x 2) at the discretion of Council.
