CN2807 - Major Civil Works Contractor Panel

The Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking to engage contractors under a panel agreement for the delivery of major civil works projects, inclusive of the following types of projects:

Road Activities

  • Pathway works
  • Kerb and Channel
  • Drainage works (including soak pits)
  • Carpark works
  • Roundabout and road safety platform projects
  • Minor road upgrades (safety barriers, line marking, shoulder sealing, widening and surfacing)
  • Electronic signage installation
  • Lighting works
  • Traffic management

Open Space Activities 

  • Boardwalk works
  • Streetscaping works
  • Hardstand sporting facilities (cricket nets, netball courts, tennis courts)
  • Sports field lighting works
  • Sporting oval works (oval rehabilitation, irrigation, turfing, goal post, equipment renewal)
  • Playground works
  • Landscaping works (tree planting, street furniture installation)
  • Water Sensitive Urban Design (rain gardens, retarding basins, small wetlands etc)
  • Dredging (for boat ramps and surrounding channels)

 

Individual projects eligible to be delivered under the panel will be up to $1 Million (including GST). The panel agreements will be for an initial four (4) year term with provision for two x two-year extension options (2 x 2) at the discretion of Council.
