CN2722 - PAC and Future Precinct Business Case and Concept Development

Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced contractors/firms to tender for the business case and concept development for a performing arts centre and future arts precinct project. This project will deliver on the Shire’s Arts and Culture Plan 2020 – 2024 commitment to create an environment where arts thrive.  The business case will define the preferred operating model, recommend a funding strategy and provide a financial analysis of both the construction and operating costs, while the concept development will create a broad design outline of the proposed theatre and future arts precinct.
