Mornington Peninsula Shire hereby gives notice under Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to sell the properties listed in the table below. The sale of the properties listed C and D is subject to the removal of the reserve status from the land. Council intends to sell the properties listed B, C and D by private treaty to adjoining owners. Council intends to sell the properties listed A in conjunction with the privately owned adjoining land being Lots 132, 133 and 135 on LP7973 and consolidation of the subject land by the purchaser in accordance with the Bittern Crib Point Restructure Plan April 2013.

- be received by 8 November 2022.
