The Mornington Activity Centre Structure Plan will guide the future changes to land use, built form and public spaces to achieve sustainable objectives for the town centre of Mornington.



Amendment C95 helps implement the structure plan. It proposes to formally link the structure plan to the planning scheme to ensure planning applications will comply with that plan. It also proposes mandatory height and setback controls for new buildings.
