The Mornington Peninsula Shire is nearly completely surrounded by water, with Port Phillip Bay on the west, Western Port Bay on the east and Bass Straight to the south. These coastal boundaries equate for 10% of Victoria's total coastline.

   Information relating to coastal management plans (CMP) and coastal action plans (CAP)
 Foreshore Advisory Groups (Expressions of Interest)
   Expressions of Interest are being sought to fill vacancies on six existing Foreshore Advisory Groups
 Foreshores (Beaches) Committees of Management
   Information relating to foreshore committees of management, facilities, contact details etc
