Mornington Peninsula Business Online (MPBOnline) is an initiative of the Mornington Peninsula Shire, designed to showcase local businesses, events & provide useful information (both to and from businesses). It also enables businesses to update their information at any time from the comfort of their own premises.

MPBOnline has been operating since 2001, and has had many upgrades and improvements to increase it's relevance to the Mornington Peninsula Business Community. These have included:
• Development of free web pages for local businesses
• Development of an events calendar and noticeboard
• Provision to allow the members of MPBOnline to network directly with each other
• Improved searchability of businesses
• Ability to subscribe to publications/newsletters
As of November 2007 MPBOnline was averaging 9,000 visits per month.
