| Housing Policy | | The Shire recognises that, to give effect to its own stated values local government, in partnership with local communities, other agencies and levels of government, it can play a role in enabling a range of more ‘Affordable, Appropriate and Available’ housing options to sustain our diverse communities. Particular consideration is given to vulnerable households.

The Applicant Assessment Form should be completed using the Good Practice Guide as a reference. The completed form should then be lodged with the appropriate planning application, the appropriate fee and any other relevant documentation to Council.
