| Environment Protection Authority | | The Environment Protection Authority are responsible for the development of legislation, State Environment Protection Policies and Codes that must be used in the areas of wastewater disposal and management. The EPA are the approval authority for wastewater when the daily flow exceeds 5000 litre per day and the EPA also has a list of all the EPA approved wastewater disposal systems that can be installed.
