Council adopted the Rosebud Activity Centre Urban Design Framework on 24 August 2015.
The issues raised in a review of the Draft Rosebud Activity Centre Structure Plan August 2009 led Council to the view that an Urban Design Framework should be developed and fully integrated with the Structure Plan at an early stage to better implement a vision for the Rosebud Major Activity Centre.
The Rosebud Activity Centre Urban Design Framework now provides in combination with the Rosebud Activity Centre Structure Plan a long term vision and a comprehensive policy framework for the future of the Rosebud Activity Centre.
Council endorsed the Rosebud Coastal Management Plan at its meeting on 24 August 2015.
The Coastal Management Plan outlines a long-term vision for the Rosebud foreshore, which stretches from Chinamans Creek to Anthonys Nose. The Plan includes a range of actions towards enhancing the coastal experience at Rosebud. It has been carefully co-ordinated with the Rosebud Activity Centre Structure Plan and the Urban Design Framework.
